Return & Refund Policy

At Big Bag Outdoors, your satisfaction matters. While we do our best to ensure every item meets your expectations, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Returns:

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bigbagoutdoors.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Items purchased during sweepstakes promotions

Note: Sweepstakes entries are tied to purchases and are non-refundable if the order is returned.
