Gyotaku Shad

The Gyotaku Shad was designed for subtle, controlled movement where the bait does the work. Our super soft plastic balances the minnow to create a natural rolling and gliding action that shines on hover-strolling and slow presentations. When shaking on a spinning setup, the bait rocks side to side. This gives off flash and life without darting or overreacting.

On a light jighead or mid-strolling setup, the Gyotaku Shad tracks level and stays in the strike zone longer, making it ideal for suspended fish and pressured situations.
